Crowley’s 8 Standards of Excellence
What’s the 8 Standards of Excellence, you ask? Crowley’s is committed to providing you with the best possible experience. Oftentimes in this industry, the customer isn’t part of the process. And while some people love surprises, we realized that when it comes to kitchen counters, most people don’t.
That’s why we developed the 8 Standards of Excellence. We want you to be a part of the process from start to finish, so you end up with your dream kitchen! We believe that, with our four elements of an excellent experience and four features of a fabulous fabrication, you will get a kitchen counter that meets all of your expectations and work with a contractor you can trust.
4 Elements of an Excellent Experience
Our unique, 4-step countertop installation process is designed to provide an enjoyable, high-quality experience for the customer.
- Provide you with information and instruction on how to find the perfect slabs for your kitchen counters.
- Leave your kitchen functioning until the day before installation.
- Coordinate ALL of the work necessary to complete your project.
- Invite you to participate in and approve the layout of your counters on your slabs.
4 Features of a Fabulous Fabrication
Because granite and quartz countertops require specialized equipment and tools, Crowley’s consistently invests in the latest technology.
Unlike many trades where codes and standards are established and enforced, the granite and quartz countertop industry is largely ungoverned and operates like the “Wild West.” to guarantee the finished product is measurable superior to industry norms, we have adopted and pioneered best trade practices in every aspect of the fabrication and installation process.
- Use digital templating and CAD systems for accurate installation.
- Use CNC technology to achieve chip-free and “almost seamless” seams.
- Use mechanical anchors to attach undermount sinks.
- Use stainless steel rods to reinforce and strengthen all undermount sink counters.
